NEW BUILD HOUSE

Let us ensure the electrical safety & efficiency of your new home

By incorporating a full electrical plan at the outset of building plans, you are able to create a fully bespoke system and installation across all electrical systems in your house.  With our advice and guidance, we can help you to electrically future-proof your house in case circumstances changes or to allow for upgrades of your systems in the future.

Incorporating this into the initial build heavily reduces costs in the future and can also ensure that works are carried out in collaboration with all other building elements and with minimal disruption to you.

There are a number of modern electrical standards which we must adhere to in every facet of our work. BS 7671 requires an Electrical Installation Certificate to be issued for all new electrical installation work – such safety certification is not an optional extra for electrical work conforming to BS 7671. Being recommended NICEIC Electrical contractors, M&S Electrical are qualified to carry out all work and issue the required certification as well.
